To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address and the order number below.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number (you can find your order number on your confirmation email) and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the returns guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All items that are in original packaging, unused and in damaged to the product and packaging.
- Any items of clothing must be unwashed and unworn and in original undamaged packaging
Are any items that are non-returnable?
- We are unable to accept safety equipment.
- we are unable to accept any food, treats and supplements.
- we are unable to accept and personalised items.
- we are unable to accept any item that was discounted.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received, we normally inspect all returns within 3 working days. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, this normally takes 3-5 working days to show in your account.
If you return an order that included a free gift as part of a promotional offer, your return must include the free gift with the rest of the order. If the free gift is not returned this will be deducted from the amount due to be refunded.
